We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within this window will result in the loss of your deposit, and the deposit cannot be transferred to another date. Our artists have tight schedules and wish to serve as many clients as possible. Since we’ve reserved time exclusively for your appointment, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill that slot.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ (3 days) notice. Due to limited availability, rescheduling might require a longer wait for your new appointment. Please note that promotional pricing may change if you choose a new appointment date. For touch-ups, prices may also vary based on when you reschedule (please refer to the price list). If you reschedule within 48 hours of your original appointment, you’ll lose your deposit and cannot transfer it. A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
If you’re more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and no refund will be given. Artists work with multiple clients daily and need the full time allotted for each service. If you miss your appointment, you’ll need to reschedule and provide a new deposit.
To book your appointment, a deposit is required. This deposit will be credited toward the total service cost, which will be due on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
