Deposit ($900) method

Requirements: A $900 non refundable deposit is required to secure your seat. Balance due 7 days before class. Bloodborne Pathogens Certificate must be completed before model day. Complete at: https://courseforbbp.com/states/TX

Policies & Agreements (Please read and initial each line)

1. Deposit is non refundable. Onetime transfer permitted with at least 14 days’ written notice, subject to availability.

2. Attendance is required for all 5 days to receive a Certificate of Completion.

3. I will complete all assigned precourse work before day 1 and bring required supplies as informed.

4. I understand training includes theory, practice, shadow day, and model test; results vary by student skill.

5. Media Release: I consent to photos/videos taken during training for educational and promotional use.

6. Model Safety: I agree to follow sanitation, BBP, and instructor guidance at all times; I may be asked to stop if unsafe.

7. Liability Waiver: I release Nova Dream Beauty, its educators, and staff from claims arising from training activities.

8. Payments: Remaining balance of $2,000 is due by October 6, 2025; late payments may forfeit my seat without refund.

9. Professional Conduct: I will maintain respectful behavior; violations may result in dismissal without refund.
